They have a fantastic repair department right there in the store, quick repairs! Super helpful staff, and no pressure and very honest an upfront, which I found very refreshing. I felt like I had options and they didn't make me feel bad for turning down some suggested repairs.

Will for sure be returning and telling family & friends about this place.

There are not too many places who can boast of old fashioned customer service. Jewelery Design Center is one of the few places that can. The sales staff are warm and friendly and the products speak for themselves. We went in to "look" and left with a hole in our pocket and jewelery we couldn't find anywhere else. We also found a ring for half the price of other shops.
