I went in there for a Brazilian. This wonderful girl named Ashley did a fabulous job. I was very nervous about having work done in that area, and she reassured me and said everything would be fine. I feel great, I look great, and I will happily return when I need to. 100% satisfied!

Never made it to the salon. Called today to ask about permanent straightening, which is listed as a service on their website and was told they do not offer that service. LOL Guess I will find someone else to do it.

I recently had my hair cut by Ron at this salon. He is a very nice guy, but really lacks in the cutting skills at least as far as cutting curly hair. He cut my hair dry, which I'm totally fine with as long as you know what you are doing. I have curly hair and he straightened it before he dry cut it, but he didn't straighten ALL of my hair. The underneath layers he did not straiten with the hot iron. So, when I went home that night I rewashed and straightened my hair and I discovered how horrible of a cut it was. left side of my hair was at least an inch shorter than the right. The length of my hair is a little longer than my chin so this was VERY noticeable. He also cut my right side to a point (I got an align bob) and the left side was cut straight across. I also had chunks of hairs on the left side that were an inch or so longer than the rest of the hair. The blond highlights he gave me were overall pretty good, except the highlights in the front were not put to my roots, so it already looks like my hair has grown out. I was extremely angry about how my hair looked and had to try and fix what he had done to at least make the sides the same length. I will NOT be going back.
