After spending more than 10 years teaching young students in French Guiana, I decided, with my husband Philippe, to finally open my own establishment, in Florida, a region that we particularly love. Our choice fell on the region of Saint Petersburg, its magnificent beaches and its inhabitants so warm and welcoming. We want to give our restaurant a spirit of "French family home", as I lived in this beautiful family chateau.
