General Info

Since 1990, I have dedicated my legal career to helping injured and disabled individuals. Initially I represented both personal injury and disability clients, however, I learned that my real passion was in my disability practice. I have now focused solely on Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income cases for the past 15 years. I am a graduate of the University of Central Florida and the University of Florida College of Law.When you contact me about your case I will personally meet with you in my office and will be with you through the entire process. There are several large companies that advertise disability representation services on the television and the internet, however, many of these representatives are not attorneys. Many of these representatives are from other states and do not have a local office within which to meet you so they will only communicate with you by telephone. Once your hearing date is set, I will spend about 2 hours with you going over what the hearing will be like and putting your mind at ease about the process. Many representatives never even meet with you until the day of the hearing and may spend a brief period of time with you just before walking into the hearing room.
