I had a great experience shopping for a new car at Ford of Autonation last weekend. Christian helped us and was so patient and thorough going through all the features of the Ford Edge. I felt comfortable with the entire process. And they let me think it over for a few days without being at all pushy, assuring me that the discussion could continue where it left off. I ended up going back and purchasing the exact car I test drove. Highly recommend the salespeople at Autonation Ford for a stressfree and well informed car buying decision process.

Autonation Ford of Torrance is great as long as they think they are getting money from you. I have had two separate issues after the purchase of my car that ensure that I will never buy from them again, and make me want to caution others against it as well. First, I traded in a mini van when I made my purchase. The lovely people at Autonation Ford of Torrance did such a poor job of cleaning it out that the guy who was looking at buying it actually found my personal information and had the nerve to call me on my personal cell phone to ask me questions about the van. I complained to a manager and was offered a free car wash or something of the like. Next, I was told to expect my registration tags from the DMV in four to six weeks. I waited and waited, and they never came. After numerous calls to the dealership and being passed from person to person and being told they'll have to call me back or having to leave a voicemail, I have gotten NOWHERE. I finally called the DMV directly, and they told me that the car hasn't been registered since Feb of 2012, and that I owe $518 to bring it current even though I didn't own it until Sept of 2013. They also told me that someone at the dealership dropped the ball since I did pay DMV fees with my purchase. Steer clear of this place. They only treat you well if they think you are going to make them some money. I should mention that the only time I actually got a call back was when the email I sent went to the wrong department and they thought I was interested in an Internet sale...

Everyone at Power Ford Torrance was GREAT!! I read the review of almost two years ago and decided that i would go by because they had such a wonderful selection of pre-owned cars. I arrived on the lot and was met by a very nice and knowledgeable salesperson. I was then introduced to the Used Car Manager John. WOW, what a refreshing break from the car buying of the past. John was great and the process was quick. AND I BOUGHT THE WARRANTY!!!! Please go by if you want a wonderful experience.

I bought a nice used car for my daughter, bought the extended warrenty "just in case". we've had to use it and the warrenty company agreed to cover the work but can't process the paper work to release the payment. They've had the car hostage for over a month. Repairs are over $3K and I'd pay but the shop is trying to "save me money". Power ford does not stand behind the warrenty and said it's my problem to get the warrenty company to do their job. Love the car, hate the company!
