We went to buy a laptop. Three hours later still standing in line for the geek squad. Finally get to the counter it takes him a good 45minutes to put it in the computer. Okay I'd think we were good. But nope went back to pick it up and the GAS company was there! Shut the place down. What the heck is the gas company doing there

When I went into this Best Buy it was out of pure desperation. I was needing a flash drive. I had sworn a couple of years ago that I would never shop at Best Buy again after some poor service I recieved at another Best Buy. When I went in there I was only intending on buying the flash drive, but I began talking to one of the salesmen, he found out that I travel a lot for my job, he started telling me about broadban cards, which allows internet anywhere. That sounded great. He helped me get signed up for one. While I was purchasing that I started talking to another sales person about their Best Buy card; it has no interest for 18 months! I tried it out of curiousity. I was approved for quite a lot of money. Because of such a good deal I went ahead and bought a 42" tv there. Which I bought an install, and that increased the no interest to 36 months. I HAD GONE IN THERE FOR A FLASHDRIVE. The employees there are just so helpful. It changed my opinion on Best Buy. I now shop there often.
