Thought I loved it but I was on my way to appointment and got held up in an accident. So I called to let them know I would be a little over 5mins late. Their policy is I'd you are more then 5mins late they have to reschedule. Ok I was stuck nothing I could do. Then she goes on to tell me that I will be charged $75 for rescheduling (not giving them a 24hr notice) because I knew there would be an accident....!!! Some people!!! So I show up anyways (8mins late:()and yep wait at the window as everyone sees me and they just walk on by not bothering to tell anyone I was there. Finally I get help....The lady tells me that I have to bring her the report of the accident so I won't be charged the $75!!!! Are they for real!!!!
