The clerks at the front were rude! Even though I am a woman, I expect to be taken seriously when I am asking questions, giving descriptive guidelines for my concerns /needs on "MY 69 CJ5 4x4 JEEP"! I tried everything to get my concerns on the work order, so that the mechanic would know & understood exactly what I was looking for! The clerk blew me off face to face and even when I called in to check on my Jeep and tried leaving msgs, never got a call back!

When it was finally done, a msg was left on my phone (b4 weekend) to let me know it was done. I didn't get the msg till after 5pm, and I still haven't heard from them!

I was assured that my Jeep would be kept inside overnight and on the weekends they had it, especially when it was raining and each time I drove by it was out in the lot! No side covers, so rain went right inside!

I still haven't picked it up, so these are just the issues I've had since I dropped it off for a brake job, 3 weeks ago!

I had Woody's go through my T-90 transmission and mating transfer case. No issues with it, just wanted it inspected and wear parts replaced to assure years of service in my all original low mile 62 Jeep I am restoring. Several years later I had completed the engine rebuild and the remainder of the drive train. The transmission failed after approximately 200 miles. The countershaft bearings were in the bottom of the case and the shaft had spun in the case. This very low mile transmission is toast now including the case. Lee said he would look into it. They tore it apart and he said he doesn't know how that could have happened. I must be one of the unlucky ones to experience this type of failure. After further research and speaking to rebuilders familiar with this transmission the failure was most likely due to improper assembly. Not only am I out the rebuild cost but I he sent me home with two boxes of scrap parts instead of a functioning transmission. I have never been impressed with their customer service. Now I will never give them business again.
