DO NOT trust these people to do all that they say they will do!!!! Jim seems nice enough but the guys actually doing the work cut corners on the service i paid for on my vehicle!!!! They DID NOT grease/lube 8 out of 10 of my fittings (ball joints, inner & outer tie rod ends etc) & the couple that they did do were only half way greased & a little grease on the actual fitting itself to make it look like they had been done! Good thing my brother is a mechanic & happened to see this truth & let me know & he went ahead & made sure they were all greased correctly! Also they left alot of used oil all over the underside of my motor & transmission & front axle without even trying to spray it off or clean it with a rag or nothing, just dripping old oil everywhere!
