I love this veterinary hospital and ALL STAFF!!! the love they have and share for our fur babies large and small is one of their best gifts of bringing you comfort and they don't give you false hopes nor do they give up !! the best part of this Clinic is they are a team and not only do they work as a team they pray a a team!!
They are great! I feel very comfortable and assured with the staff. Dr. Ryan is exceptional!

I waited over 1/2 hr for my dog's rabies shot which was scheduled for end of day. Heard laughing and carrying on in next office, feeling frustrated I asked receptionist when can I get my dog's vaccination and be on my way, she replied that there are clients before me and that an 'emergency came up'. I was confused why an emergency would cause them to be laughing but regardless, I left without vaccine. Later that evening i got a voicemail from this office accusing me of taking the rabies tag!!! i called back but office closed so i left message that i DO NOT have the tag and never did. Today i got a bill for $6.75 for this invalid tag!!!! I called office this time during business hours, she said call back monday while they look into it, nothing she can do today! I love my dogs too much to go back here and i will be taking them elsewhere because they are too expensive and not very friendly anyway. I will post update on monday after i call them back.

Although Brad Dible is excellent. I recently rescued a dog from an abusive owner and the Wentzville location refused to treat her because I had no documentation that she had been given to me and even told me I should be careful due to legal ramifications! I am lucky enough to know several attoneys all of whom said this was ridiculous and that she is legally my dog. They made me feel like a criminal for rescuing a dog in need and I left crying. I will never go to this clinic ever again. I went to another vet and was praised for helping save her.
I have taken my pets here for almost 15 years. They treat our animals like family. They are supportive of animal rescue organizations. You can tell Dr. Ryan loves her work.
