We prepare many of the documents required to file in the Courts of the State of Utah.

General Info

Our system is simple: depending upon the kind of documents you need, we have a workbook or questionnaire that we ask you to fill out with as much detailed information as possible. Once we get it back from you, it takes us between one to three days to complete your forms. At that point, we contact you for delivery or setup an appointment to review, sign and notarized the final forms as needed. Different documents have different requirements and we will inform you of those as we describe the forms, their specifics and their cost (I'm sure you will find them to be very reasonable). Some of these workbooks are available on this site while others are being revised to assure they remain current. They will be made accessible for downloading over the next weeks. In the meantime, we can send them via email or USPS. If you have any question, feel free to ask. We are just a phone call or an email away.

This company has saved me some money by just having them prepare my papers for me to take to the courts to be filed for my Chapter 7 , I wish i could of done this a long time ago .
