I had a really bad experience with the receptionist. She is very unprofessional. I would suggest going elsewhere. The mechanic "Charles" that works here does a good job, but if you want your business appreciated, you won't get that from the rest of the staff.

I visited DIY Auto Repair to replace my rear rotors and brakes. I was helped by Charles. I can't say enough about this place, not only did I walk away paying like a 1/3rd of what it would cost ANYWHERE ELSE, but I walked away with the knowledge to do it again and again for even cheaper. As if that was not enough the entire staff was AMAZING and personable, Charles is an excellent teacher, with his instruction I had the entire job done in just over an hour, 10 minutes over an hour, you know how much time they charged me for? An Hour. This place will earn your business and trust, I can't wait to take my car back so I can learn more. Btw the new brakes and rotors cost me $130, that's parts and the hour of instruction and the shop, beat that.

Great place for someone who doesn't have all the expensive specialized tools that the pros do. I went here to repack my wheel bearings and replace my brake pads. It was great peace of mind just knowing that the techs were there in case I got stuck or ran into problems. Craig (I think he's the owner) was also walking around the garage answering questions and making sure everyone was doing ok. Great relaxing and helpful environment where you don't feel stupid for asking a silly question. I'll definitely be back.

Awesome service! Craig, the VP of ops was so helpful. I was changing sway bar links and the nuts were so corroded that we had to cut them off. Craig stepped right in an cut them for me in no time. Changed both links and bushings and was out in an hour. Next time I have a repair to do, DIY is where I'm headed. Thanks guys!

These guys are fantastic! I started by telling Craig and Steve that I am severely mechanically impaired, but they took the time to teach me how to do things correctly and checked my work. I changed all four rotors and brake pads for under $300. It would have been well over $1000 anywhere else. They are all about honesty and customer service, and I will never take my car anywhere else. Not only did I save a ton of money, but it was fun learning how to do it myself. Thanks DIY!

Want to save a buck, this is the place, changed my own differential fluid, and tranny fluid under a nice hydraulic lift n a heated clean shop and not on my back . I brought the fluids and they had all the tools. Took less than an hour.. In talking to Craig I think you could tackle any repair job there cause if you get stuck they can help.

The shop owner (Craig) was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and professional. I had the different pricing options explained to me, I chose to let them do all the work, and it was done quickly, and slightly under budget.

Having a shop offer these options (do it yourself, do it yourself with help, or they do it) is a great idea on it's own, but when you couple it with 5 star customer service like Craig and his crew do, it just stands head and shoulders above the crowd. DIY has earned a new long term customer.

What a great place! Clean, pr...

What a great place! Clean, professional facility, all tools provided. Hydraulic lifts. They saved me over $1000 on the cost of a differential replacement on my truck. They did all the work, I was too busy to try the technician assisted model. I came back later with my son and we did an oil change and rotated tires on his Saturn VUE. It was so easy since DIY Auto provided all of the tools, including air tools, and disposed of our oil and fluids for us. You can bring your own fluids and parts. All of the staff are really friendly and they say their number 1 goal is to help you save money. I am recommending DIY Auto Repair Shops to all my friends
