Had a problem with a purchase from this fledgling company which was not resolved to my satisfaction. I purchased a RC Heilo ($70.00) which broke on the very first soft launch, I offered to purchase a higher quality Heilo in exchange for the damaged one. "NO, NO !!!" was their answer. Customer Service means the customer should have some feeling of satisfaction, not here.....at least NOT yet ! They have my phone # and after reading this I hope they call.

Had a problem with a christmas gift that was purchesed at another store .when we called them they said to drop it off and they would see what they could do.Why should we have to wait when its brand new?They said it was the best they could do.We decided to call G-Force hobbies and they said to bring it in.After just a few minuts they had it working as they said.Thanks G-Force for the great fast service i will be back.

best hobby shop in Newark Delaware always helpful and reliable and can fix just about everything. This is where I got started in my hobby life. thanks G Force hobbies

Probably the only Hobby shop left in the area, sales help goes out of their way to help customers and get them what is needed. I spent an hour talking with the owner about starting to fly helicopters and he took the time to let me know the proper way to go about it. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone start a new hobby or just get supplies needed for their current hobby

A+++++ These folks are AWESOME and know their stuff. They have a very nice store and are always helpful about ordering special items!
