Human and veterinary compounding sterile medication and injectable (797 certified) dermatology, hospice, sports medicine prescription service pet medication and customized flavor bio-identical hormone replacement therapy servicing biotech companies industrial studies: samples, validation sterile, non-sterile preparation, nutritional wellness, vitamins ,health, and diet supplements. If it can be legally compounded we can do it.

I am very happy with the fast professional service that I have always received at Boulevard. When liquid medication was too tough to deliver to my dog, they happily changed to a capsule for me. I know the capsules are a lot more work for them and the price never changed.
I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY CAT'S SCRIPT AT BOULEVARD FOR A WHILE NOW. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WHEN MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN THE TOTAL OPPOSITE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND MY MEDICATION HAS ALWAYS BEEN DISPENSED PROPERLY.
They almost killed my cat by giving her a full strength compound that should have been diluted to 40%. They blamed the vet for not being clear, blamed me for not knowing to check the strength of the compound, and took absolutely no responsibility for the error themselves. My cat went into diabetic coma because of the incident and it was $3k in hospital bills to save her life. NEVER again will I use this pharmacy - they just can't be trusted because they take no ownership of problems that arise.
I have been receiving my hormone replacements for several years and love the people who work there and their professional expertise. Very professional, caring and good to their customers.
