I started practicing law in 2010 and almost immediately began trying cases before juries. Im in a courtroom almost daily. Im a quality control check on the government and the police. I dive into your case; I personally review all the evidence, look for applicable legal and factual defenses, and take great joy in exposing, magnifying, and highlighting Government overreach, embellishment, material omissions, and fabrication. I root for the underdog. I believe that many punishments are too excessive and do not fit the crime. Criminal Defense Lawyers are in fact Civil Liberties Lawyers; we defend the most important fundamental right: freedom.
