Terrible! Very unprofessional.

Worst Experience with alterations I have ever had. I took my wedding dress there and I highly regret it. She blamed me when she made the dress too tight to the point where it would not zip at all and then wanted to charge me more money for her mistake since it had to be let out more than 3 times after that. The first time I went in there, I told her that I had a few months until the wedding but she rushed the work and it looked sloppy and had multiple mistakes.

She was not helpful. I complained to her about her work and she did not talk to me or help me in any way when I finally picked up the dress after going there 5 times to fix it. We ended up just arguing the whole time I was there. She would roll her eyes at me and walk away if I was not happy with her work. Eventually, I had to take it somewhere else to alter it more since working with her was such a bad experience and I did not get what I wanted done without her wanting to charge me more.

This place is not dependable dropped off 3 dresses for minor alterations and a week later my items that were scheduled for completion on Tue. have not been touched since I dropped them off!

I have used them several times and they are fantastic. We once even had an issue where my wife had a bridesmaid dress altered. One of my children was severely injured so she missed the wedding. When we went to pick up the dress, they would not accept the money. No matter how much we insisted. We will never go anywhere else.

I sew, so I am picky about alterations,. This is a store you can trust for custom work or simple alterations. They did a difficult formal wear job for me, and it was perfect. Carolyn P.

This is a find. These peop;le know their stuff. Even when I had a tight deadline, they did their usual outstanding work. Prices are reasonable.
