I've been going to Happy Day Cleaners for years. They offer stellar service at reasonable rates! I moved to Old Hickory and still take the time to drive to Happy Day Cleaners because of how dependable they are and the amazing service they offer. I would recommend Happy Day Cleaners to anyone that wants to use their services!!! 5 STARS!!!

I wouldn't even get this cleaners a one star, because of the service that I just received! I took a shirt and there are a couple of days ago and it was cleaned and pressed for a decent price, but when I got it home and put it on one of the buttons no longer snapped. I took the garment back in with several other garments to get cleaned again and explain to them that the button snapper before I gave it to them, but it no longer does now! I just wanted them to fix the garment. I never asked them to replace the garment, or refund my money. I just wanted to snap fixed. It looked like it was something that could possibly be fixed. The girl upfront said she would ask a manager, and came back immediately and said they would do nothing for it. I requested to speak to the manager, and she said the manager wasn't in! Then who did she just speak with? She called the man who owns the business, and he told her to take the garment and my contact info and he would get back to me. While she was on the phone with the man, some woman came rushing up and telling me that she said she can't fix it no one would fix it it's our policy and she was the owner as well . She was extremely aggressive, and said that she would tell him not to fix the garment for me. I simply told her I wanted him to take a look at it and give me a call back, but she insisted that she would not allow that. Who treats customers like this? I've been taking my garments there for a very long time. Up until this very point I have not had a problem with their service. I'm so disgusted by how they treated me. If this is how they treat their customers, I will never return. I'll be taking my garments across the street and having them fix what happy days messed up!!!

wow where do i start from? i took 20 shirts and 8 pants to this place. 4 of my shirt, two of them which I have only worn once were destroyed. The collar was bleached to white. I have never seen such in my entire life, dry cleaning my cloths. I complained and they couldn't do anything or even say sorry for what they have done. This guys have no idea what dry cleaning business is like, it was my first time and i will never return there again. Please run from them or your cloths will be destroyed. if i could give them a no star that would be what they deserve. i don't recommend them.

I like the new location in the old Croger shopping center, the price $1.99 for any item is great price with excellent job .
