These are the best bug people I've ever worked with. They promise a high level of service and they definitely live up to it.

We tried to use this "company" to treat drain flies. We got a consultation and then a treatment by a tech who seemed to have had no communication with the consult. It was a one time issue but they billed us as if we signed up for a year. We tried to call multiple times to cancel this service that we didn't want and never asked for. Our attempts were sent to call centers and who knows if our messages were ever delivered. So now we have an outstanding bill for service we didn't want and didn't receive and can't seem to cancel. It's been a very frustrating experience.

Well, I paid the bill just because that seemed easier than fighting it. And then they sent the paid bill to collections.

I called them and asked why in the world they would do that and they claimed that the bill was never paid. At this point I've got a copy of my statement showing I paid the bill and I'm done with phone calls. I guess I'll have to document everything in emails so that I have a record.

This was the best part of my home buying experience. We needed to have a termite inspection for our mortgage lender and called US Pest. They were out to the house the next day and very thorough. The tech was friendly and informative especially after finding out we had just moved from New Orleans. He wanted to make sure we understood the differences in our pest control concerns from the 2 areas. Liked them so much we signed up for the scheduled maintenance service. Call these guys first. You'll be happy.
