Worst customer service I can not even believe how this guy speaks to his PAYING customers. well he is really good at one thing pushing his customers away I now have new insurance and am very happy with it.

Worst customer service!! If you are 1000% sure you'll never have to file a claim then this is your company but god forbid you ever need them they will call you and tell you to get a new insurance company. They will ask you to drop them Bc they don't want you. We had a house fire and the owner called and didn't ask if anyone was ok or anything.. His words were "find a new insurance company Bc we don't want you"

Worst insurance company I have EVER dealt with in my entire life! They gave me an insurance quote for a certain amount, when it came out of my bank account, it was more money than what I was told.. I asked about it and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. When my husband talked to the owner.. he was very rude very disrespectful and very arrogant! He raised his voice with my husband - he has NO customer service whatsoever! The lady, Zijada that I had to deal with is the one that gave me the wrong amount for my policy. She did not know what was going on with anything! It is a HORRIBLE insurance company with horrible people working there. I would never do business with them again, nor would I ever recommend them! If I could, I would give them a negative star rating!

Urbanski Insurance came to my place of business and tried to pitch their insurance quote to me. When i told him that i needed time to think about it Mr Stanley Urbanski kept uncomfortably pushing his quote. I therefore gave him my hand to shake good bye and he refused it while chew gum so loud that the customers outside my office heard him. Sounded like a cow masticating on hay. I also told him to be more respectful of future clients and kick his small behind out of here..... do not know him from a hole in the wall but he left a bad first impression..... feel sorry for his clients.
