Well, where to begin... They overcharged everything they "fixed", 17,000 later and 7months I get my car back, a detail job of the exterior and interior was suppose to be done(a $200 value) was just vacuumed and the place they took it too is " unknown". My car was still filthy and looked like crap. I had to find my own parts that they say we're not available anywhere, They lie about everything I addressed them with as of cost of parts,receipts, which they don't have receipts for everything, but you'd think a business would keep track of these things etc. the pin striping on my car is the wrong color, parts were missing such as my floor mats which they claim the car wash place took them, I was missing my engine cover, I called Martin at bring your own parts (who is the brother of who owns 911) he told me it didn't have one to begin with, luckily my insurance had taken pictures throughout this whole nightmare and it indeed did have one. They told me that sometimes things that are on the invoice just automatically get put on there. I wasn't gonna get my engine cover ever, until I showed them photos of it being there from the get go. There is much more that went wrong while my car was in their possession. I reported them to the better business Bureau and plan on getting my lawyer involved. They are a rip off, they are liars and I wouldn't advice ANYONE to take their car to this place. Unless you want to lose money and get your car back half a**

First of all, the good reviews on here are fake. It would be impossible to have a good experience dealing withe these scam artists. Don't go here unless you want to give your money away!

Took them over 5 times to fix my vehicle and they charged me an arm and a leg. I had to take my car to a different mechanic and they fixed it.

worst experience w/a carshop ever; and that's saying something. Had our van go in to repair the bumper and a dent in the hatch and it came out w/broken struts to hold up the hatch door, which worked fine the day I dropped it off. They refused to fix the vehicle until I contacted their HQ at CarStar, and threated to sue them. Wouldn't suggest this place for anything, and would strongly suggest State Farm drop them from their recommended shop list.

Just had a timing belt replaced at this shop. They were considerably cheaper than the crooks at Pep Boys up the road, and more pleasant to deal with. Martin was up front about the costs and got the work done in the time he said they would. He even double checked the work from Pep Boys and cleaned the throttle body for free. I was hesitant after reading several negative reviews, but the shop was great. I will be returning for future repairs if needed.

Quick service and fair prices based off of industry standards. Had a bad alternator and they got me out in one day at a good price. Will definitely go back.

STAY AWAY! BAD SERVICE and VERY expensive 75% over maket cost. They are unreliable, untrustworthy in what they say. They will cause addditional damage to your vehicle to garner additional cost services...
