I visited AWRS Brisco's on Nov 15,2019. Im from out of town Midland Tx 323 miles away. I received a response saying they "will change all 4 wheels to any color for 700/800 with one day turn around in most instances." 2 wheels back on vehicle. upon picking up car I noticed right away sanding marks and gouges in tire. Then one of the managers turned to me and asked when I could come back, I asked for what? He then showed me that they cracked some of the powder coat and one of the guys sprayed it with spray paint. (a attempt to hide the flaw without telling me) Had this owner not been there I wonder if anything would have been explained to me. I explained I am from out of town that I can't just bring my car in whenever, I would have to get home and look at my schedule. Once home I noticed even more marks I took photos of all 4 tires, capturing deep sand gouges and swirls in the metal, found several areas the powder coat was raised up, and a piece of hair that had been baked into the paint. AND I NOTIFIED BRISCO'S WHEEL ON THE 9TH A FULL 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE THAT I COULD HAVE THE CAR THERE ON WED THE 11TH. I received a response "We will be happy to assist you. Please drop the wheels off anytime between 8am-4pm Monday through Friday." I walked into the office Wednesday the 11th like I told them. And was again bullied.and told to come back Mon I said why Monday, they said owner is out of town. I had made arrangements to be here this week. I don't live here I live 5 hours away over 300+ miles that I drove and rented hotel room and gas. Your telling me to go back home then drive back putting all those extra miles on my vehicle, spending gas money, food, hotel and risk accident driving on the highways. They said boss man said Monday.
*Update: was told by Mr Brisco he would send me a refund check. Gave address to office lady. Nothing but shaddyness, has been over a month now still no check.

Decent job polishing wheels today even though they missed a small spot but the reason I’m giving them 2 stars is that they overtorqued wheel lugnuts by more than 20 lbs each and inflated tires 11 lbs over specs, im glad i checked after i got home. Wheels, hub, discs could have warped under that pressure or crack
