I Strongly do not recommend. A serviceperson made a 10 minute visit to my home and diagnosed our wine fridge as needing a new control board. I paid 1/2 of the fee. After months of the part allegedly being on back order the owner of the company owner indicated he would refund the $. I even indicated I would pay the $75 service visit. Now 4 months later and many repeated phone calls I still have not seen a refund. I spoke to the owner on many occasions and received assurances that I would get the refund plus many excuses. I called the maker of the wine fridge and also found out the part is readily available. Nine months later I still have a non-working appliance. (AKA Appliance Services, Best Appliance Repair)

Horrible service on our refirgerator repair! First, they didn't call us to tell us they weren't coming to do the repair because the part didn't come in. So, had to wait around all day for no reason. Second, they never gave us an invoice after they finished the job even though I have called and asked for one five times. Finally, the repair they made didn't work but since we didn't know that it didn't work until 60 days later they were going to charge us $129 to come back out and look at it since it was now outside their 30 day labor warranty. To me, if you don't do the job right the first time then you should come back and make it right. And when I had a real, reputable company come look at the refrigerator as it turns out Fix It Now never even did the repair that they charged me for!! And to top it off the service manager and the owner were both very rude about the entire thing.
