I was very disapointed with flower arrangement that was delivered for my monther-in-laws funeral. I ordered the deluxe arrangement & it was far from being deluxe . I ordered the flowers at noon to be delivered that day. By that evening the flowers begin to wilt. Next morning the flowers were completely wilted. Since that was the morning of the burial I had to wait til that afternoon to return the arrangement to the forist. I was told I couldn't get a refund because I waited til the end of the burial to complain. I expressed my embaresment on the arragement & the florist told me that I said the flowers were for my mother-in-law not my mother. I didn't fell that it mattered who they were for. She then sent me a floral arragement on friday to replace the first one. By Saturday morning the flowers were wilted. I took those back that morning. I was told I would get back only 1/2 of my money. Two weeks later and I haven't seen any part of my $180. I took photos of the flowers for proof.
