Brought in my Audi Q7 to get brakes done all the way around. These guys are great because of how simple it is to do business with them. They gave me a precise quote over the phone, no BS or any other jazz at all. I talked parts that were part of other quotes I received from other shops and they not only matched them but gave me the better deal. The work was top notch and these guys work quick. Will definitely do business again with them and most likely only them.

My story was this - started having clutch problems with my 07 VW Jetta. Took it to the dealership just to see what was going on, and they informed me that I needed a new clutch kit and flywheel, quoted me a little over $1900. That stung.



I took my car into European Car Parts and was immediatly put at ease by Rick. He asked me to bring my car in to have a look at it. All, in all, they were able to save my flywheel, thus saving me money. They installed a new clutch kit, and now my baby is running so smoothly! I had this work done over the Christmas holiday, so needed a rental for a few days. Even with 6 days of the rental (did I mention European Car Parts has an awesome deal with Toyota Rental cars??) I still managed to save over $400 from the dealerships original quote. AWESOME!



This is a small shop, off the beaten path, but is a GEM! I will definitely be bringing my car back for any other repairs/routine maintenance in the future. Rick, Randy, and their crew are professional, reliable, and I cannot recommend them more.

This repair shop is in a class of its own. The service staff are very knowledgeable. The front office staff is helpful, courteous and by far interested in exceeding customer expectations. The owner can only be described as a "miracle worker." I have 2 Beetles that continue to run great as a direct result of Randy Zand and his mechanic staff's expert mechanic ability. These gentlemen not only repair what is broken but seeks to find any other condition that will need to be addressed before it causes additional damage. Preventive maintenance is encouraged. If I am not completely satisfied with the work, Randy and his staff will continue to work to find what the ultimate cause of the problem is. If a savings in labor can be afforded to the customer, it is given. Communication is excellent. My request is to "make it safe" and I have yet to be disappointed. I have been a patron of this repair shop for about 2 years. As a single woman it is important to me to find and keep an honest and knowledgeable mechanic. I have found the owner Randy Zands and Rick to be exceptional in diagnosing problems. They are very thorough and always offer advice on other "potential" problems they may find as they are diagnosing the current problem. In the past vacuum leaks were repaired which were not part of the initial problem. Every effort is made to repair what is needed and to repair or notify me of potential issues as they are discovered. When I request additional services like " check the air filter or reharge the permanent filter" or adjust headlights on my 1999 Beetle my requests are handled with enthusiasm and without delay.



In addition, my questions of what may lie ahead in terms of a Bettle that has quite a few miles on it.. I am given honest and specific information. Rebuilt parts are offered as an alternative to new ones. I feel as though we are working together as a team to mitigate repairs and increase car performance.



I have confidence that once I drive off the shop property, if I experience additional problems with work completed, it will be attended to quickly and with a high work ethic.



I highy recommend this shop and its mechanics for quality performance, a high work ethic and a committment to its customers to continuously offer exceptional value for every repair dollar.

When a competent European car repair company gives you repeated quality and honesty in their work, I believe its worth comment. On four different occasions Randy and Rick, at European Car Parts, put honor and professional values above their own personal gain. Today, Randy cleaned the throttle body on my Jaguar - instead of replacing it (replacement is what is commonly done at many repair places). He charged me nothing. The replacement could have cost close to $ 2,000.
