I stopped in to get a watch battery installed as mine stopped working this morning. They were polite and quick. Reasonably priced too. Their store was clean as well. I'd go back to shop when I'm in the market for jewelry there.

Being married for 25 years, my husband now takes me with him to pick out presents so there is no disappointment. We went into Rialto Jewelry to find a Christmas present for me. I spotted a pair of earrings right away, but wanted to check the other stores to make sure I was getting a good deal. After looking at 5 different stores I realized that Rialto Jewelry not only had the best prices but they also had a unique collection. The customer service was outstanding. Another time I popped into the store to get some links removed from a new watch I had bought. It was done within 5 minutes or so. I give them an A+ for customer service, unique jewelry (one of a kind piece-unlike all the other stores that basically carry the same merchandise) and great prices.

They have the finest jewelery and the best customer service anyone could ask for they make you feel at home and they are not pushy like most jewelers you go to. I rate them 10+ on my list Gloria
