I forget how much I love this place ❤️ Shamu that show never gets old 💕 it !!!

We bought easy pay for the whole family. I find out today that they stopped taking money out back in September. Sending notifications to incorrect box. I'm trying to talk to leadership so I can make it right make payments and still renew passes. Was put on phone with a supervisor, and I have my doubts her name SASHARIE. She talks down to me. Refuses to escalate, tells me I know your upset you don't like my answer. No I'm upset I didn't get notifications to email I provided. I'm upset I wasn't given the opportunity to correct and that you are talking over me and raising your voice. Then she puts a note that I can't speak to anyone else but her. Writing BBB complaint but at an F rating not holding my breath. So disappointed. Happy Mothers Day weekend courtesy of Sea World San Antonio.

We had a blast. We were able to buy souvenir cups and refill them for free the whole day. And there are locations all over the park to refill. The food is responsible and there was something for everyone. It was our first time going and we will be going back again soon.

Great customer service, and they take care of their animals well! Like almost too well! they have this show pets ahoy where they rescue animals from local shelters from rats to pigs and birds to cats they have like over 50 animals they house and train. If you haven't been it's really the best deal is SA that your whole family will enjoy

It seems like there isn't a whole lot this year to do as there were in the years past. My kids like Sea World and it does seem to appeal to younger crowds a lot better. Shamu show is good and the Clyde and Seamore show is as well...however, the Clyde and Seamore show has been the same for the past 5 years.

The children's area for playing is huge and great for kids to run off extra energy, but it could be easy for them to get lost. They had a new children's ride this year which was nice and my kids liked it.



Be aware that every time you ride a roller coaster, you have to store your purse in a locker for a FEE or have someone sit out and hold it. What a pain! I've been to Cedar Point, and other Six Flags and haven't had to do that. A scam to make more money. They don't offer a yearly parking pass unless you buy the most expensive ticket either.

this is just for kids only thing great is the shows and compared to other locations they arent all that great when compared

As a military spouse, I was completely honored to visit SeaWorld- San Antonio. Our family was visiting "our soldier" before he left for a deployment, and while there, we decided to go to SeaWorld. We had no idea that we would GET IN FOR FREE for being a part (or a family member of...) the United States Military............ It was completely wonderful to get to spend a day there, "on the house." (Granted, we spent our fair share on drinks/food/etc, but nonetheless, ha!) the fact that he felt such appreciation made it worth every penny.... The shows were great - the animals were great - If we're ever back in that area, I'd love to go back...

The ticket price is insane for what you get. My husband and I went and left feeling very dissapointed. It is certainly for children. Make sure you get a show schedule as soon as you get there so you dont miss the shows. They are the only thing worth going for.

Great fun especially for the younger set. The fountain at the front gate is a great place for a family photo with the gate as a back drop.
