It provides customized risk management programs, such as claims management, consultative services (includes Risk Control Consulting & Appraisals), information management, integrated disability management and medical cost containment. In 2009, Business Insurance Magazine awarded the company with the Reader's Choice award for best Property/Casualty Third Party Administrator.
