From the moment we got them to insure our new home they have been nothing but incompetent. They got all kinds of information wrong, including my wife's name, the value of our home, the amount we would have to pay, our bank account number. When we finally decided to cancel our service with them they withdrew money from our bank account, even after verifying the cancellation effective date several times. They were very nice on the phone, but that doesn't mean they know what they are doing.
