Great job

I wanted to give my experience since i saw the previous one. I had a great experience on a very large project at my home. Start to finish was handled professionally. Extra costs were because i wanted different materials than what we originally discussed. The design was just what i wanted and the completed projected was better than what i was hoping for. Thanks again.

Nickle and Dimer.... We had...

Nickle and Dimer....

We had a simple block/cinder block wall job being done and every chance they got they nickle and dimed us to get more money, all of which seemed like should be included in original charge.

1. Sales person came to house without anyone being home and left quote at front door. Not the most professional.

2. They were a week late starting the project which meant that we had dirt and cinder blocks that filled up our driveway limiting our access to the garage. As well, the sales rep was very unprofessional, not returning calls or giving his message to his assistant to give to us.

3. They wanted $500 for a permit to put the wall in. Okay why wasn't that included in the original price? It seems that this may be a common need for construction projects, why just not include it in the labor cost?

4. We were adding on to an existing cinder wall that was originally put in when the house was built. Without knowing anything else most people would assume that we want it to match the existing. Bayrich: "Oh, you want it to match?? That is an extra $1000."

5. When it came to pour the foundation around base of wall we asked if they would be pouring a concrete foundation. Bayrich: "Oh, you want a concrete foundation? That will be $600 extra."

What other foundation is there for a cinder brick wall? Marshmellows and pixie dust??

Save your time and energy, go somewhere else.
