A Special Place

This nature center is wonderful, so serene and peaceful. Wonderful trails easy to find and the nature center has maps for you to follow too. Picnic tables near parking and restrooms there too. Inside the nature center they have a wonderful area for children that includes a stage with puppets, there are animals like snakes, fish and the occasional bird or small animal being nursed back to health. No matter the time of day it is relatively uncrowded and very quiet. Streams bring ducks, fish and frogs and you can see foot prints and paw prints of the other nocturnal animals who live there by the banks if you look closely. A great place to bring children and a wonderful place for a peaceful walk.
