I've found O'Reilly to be a great auto parts store to stop and shop for my auto concerns/needs whether it's a simple question, a battery charge, or just easing some of the anxiety when my check engine light comes on by checking and explaining the codes of what could possibly be the problem. The courteous, professional, knowledgeable staff is always there to assist. And, whenever I've visited, there is rarely a long wait-time before I'm met with a polite.."may I help you?" O'Reilly has a wide selection of products to choose and I do not recall ever having to come back at another time because they were out of what I came in looking to purchase. I've also experienced how their staff go over and beyond in helping to see that a problem is resolved before their customers leave. Just recently I experienced just that- by one of their staff members who took the time to explain an important situation I was having with my vehicle as well as the Store Manager, Amy, at the Red Bank TN location. She was helpful.. so very helpful.. not only did I save time and money but she resolved my vehicle situation with her experience, expertise and kindness. I left the store feeling like someone had taken time to care and show concern. AND, that is priceless.
