I have been a policy holder for 40 years. I needed to speak to someone concerning my life insurance policy. The man who answered my call was very pleasant; however, I was unable to obtain any information as I needed to contact another office. I had provided him with my name, policy number, address and social security number. I was told to fax my policy to him in order to be helped. Apparently, I needed to speak to someone at a different location. That being the case, why not give me the appropriate phone number. Being asked to fax a 15 page legal sized document seems way out of line. I repeat, the gentleman was very nice, but truly, you should provide your employees with better tools. I've selected one star because your employee was so nice; otherwise, I would have chosen none. J. Courtney
