I love love love this jewelry store! I have purchased many pandora charms and recently ordered a beautiful ring. Very happy. My wedding bands needed to be sized down. They also had never been cleaned, re-tipped, repaired, polished ever. I was beyound panicing to take them anywhere. I was in fact not wearing them for over a year because I was so afraid. I dealt with this jeweler several times on other repairs. I finally went into the Sango store and brought my rings and org appraisal. They were very professional, understanding of my anxiety and explained the process throughly.
