Having a convenience store like this near at home is definitely an advantage for me. The fact that they offer several items like foods and health care product makes me love them more.

I just had the unfortunate experience to have to deal with the worlds worst and rudest cashier. i had two flat tires after running over a bunch of nails, and went into the store to get change to buy $1 of air. this person, Joy, told me i had to buy something to get change. i told her i had two flat tires, needed air to get home, and needed change to buy their air. she was on a personal phone call and just blew me off. when i asked again to please give me change, she told the person on the phone "don't worry, I got this " and said she can't open the register unless i buy something. i told here i needed air, and needed change to buy the air. at this point, i got upset and said i need help, i need change to get the air which costs $1, and it only takes change, and i know, as a manager that you can open the register and get me 4 quarters and 4 dollars for my $5 bill. she told me i need to leave. that's when i told her, "in this country, we help people out, and if i were in your shoes i would give $1 out of my own pocket if someone was stuck and in need. i walked out, but after looking at my two flat tires went back in and saw lighters on the counter, i put $5 on the counter and said i am willing to forget what just happened, could i buy this lighter, and get 4 quarters back so i could buy some air. she told me she "refused to serve me" and i had to go. At this point i told her i was leaving, and would never have an employee work for me like her, and that i would complain and NEVER EVER purchase another item from Food Mart or Exxon. i went to the next gas station down the street and the person was more than happy to give me change and help me out.
