My daughter was scheduled to start a 3 round course of HPV vaccines here in Dec. Took time off from work to go to first visit, to be told they were out. No apologies or anything. Had to reschedule. For the 2nd round, was scheduled for today. Got there to be told she wasn't on the schedule. I showed receptionist the appt card. Her response..."oooohhhh...Oh, yes, we deleted all the appointments for FL Healthy Kids because we do not accept that insurance anymore...so we can't see your daughter anymore." Again...no phone call, no apology...just a rude receptionist who treated me like I was the crazy one showing up for an appointment that didn't exist. She said, "Well we have over 200 patients on that insurance and there's no way we could have contacted all of them." This is bad business plain and simple. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a doctor's office in my life. Left to scramble now to find somewhere else to go and take more time off so daughter can finish vaccine.

i am due in september 2008 and Dr. V is my doctor, this will be the fourth child in my family deliverd by him, he is a wonderful and caring doctor who shows the utmost concern and respect for you and your child, He is the best around town!!!

After 15 hours of labor & 2 1/2 hours of pushing & no baby- Dr. V decided to go into emergency C-section because baby would not come out & baby's heart rate rocketed to 200+ Dr V was at my bedside from 10pm till 430am on a Friday night to Sat am. He didnt have to be there- but he was. He was concerned for my health & the baby's. He was not even my OB/gyn. He was just the Doc on call in the partnership. He visited me & the baby 4 times after delivery on his days off to monitor my health. This is a physician who cares about life. This how all doctors should be. Kind, caring & good at their job.

Seen Doctor as of 04/05/07. My needs were not met as a pregnant mother. Found lack of professional demeanour.
