Trial and appellate work in state and federal courts.We educate are clients and involve them in every aspect of their case from the drafting of the complaint or answer, through the discovery process and dispute resolution, pre trial preparation and trial presentation. We understand people don't look forward to hiring a lawyer. Sometimes you have no choice because you are being sued and must defend the claims brought against you or your company. Other times you have a dispute which you have not been able to resolve on your own with an individual, a company or governmental entity and you need representation. In either instance, if you become our client, we will be committed to involving you and educating you so that you understand dispute resolution and the judicial process. In other words, our clients are interactive participants throughout their case able to assess the risks and are enabled to make informed decisions throughout the process. We create a dynamic team approach with you from the moment we accept your case until its final disposition. Our clients are given my cell phone and email so they can freely communicate personally with me even after business hours.
