Laurie cut my hair and yet she couldn't do or wanted to do what I wanted. I have my licences to do hair so I know the haircuts I showed her my hair could do, but she proceeded to tell me my hair was to thin and damaged to do any of them. And I wanted a pixie cut, which would have been great for my hair. Then I asked to style it myself to make sure I could do what I like and to see if it's right which she would not let me, even though I would still pay for styling. I've worked in salons and never told my clients no if they wanted to see if they could style their own hair! She was very intimidating and at this point it was to late to say stop because my hair is already cut. So I ended up paying $46 plus a tip for some thing I didn't want. And when I called to complain to possibly get my money back at least for the cut and asked for the manager come to find out it is her. So I just hung up. I will never go back and never recommend going here if the manager won't even give u or can give u what u want. Just as a stylist myself!
