Provided by YP.comI ordered a dress October 7th, 2018 for my son's wedding March 16, 2019. They told me it would be 10 to 12 weeks to come in. I went the first of January to check on the dress. They said they were waiting for the supplier to send it to manufacturer and I couldn't exchange, cancel or anything. February 15, 2019 I called checking on the dress. The lady couldn't find my order and would have the Manager call me. Feb 18, 2019 they called and said the manufacturer was closed due to President's Day. February 19, 2019, the manager called and said it would be shipping that week and they would call when it was in. I never received a call confirming that they got the dress. I disputed it with the credit card company. On April 05, 2019, i got a letter from the credit card company that they rebilled me for the dress and Wendy's claimed they had it since February 21st, 2019. Funny how they got the dress in a few days since my last communication with them. My son's wedding was March 16, 2019 so I didnt even get to wear the dress. April 6, 2019 almost a month after the wedding, I decided to go get the dress since I'm stuck paying for it and they didnt want to release it to me due to my credit card dispute and I had to wait for them to call the owner to release it. Anyone need a long navy never worn dress, it is for sale for the highest bidder.

Provided by YP.comWhen I went to pick out my wedding dress, it was amazing! The help I received was excellent. Fast forward a year and I had my first fitting on April 5th. 1. the Seamstress didn't think I knew my Bust size. 2. After all pins were in I walked out of there very confident paying my $141. I was told to come back for my final fitting May 3rd (2 weeks before my wedding)- It didn't fit! The bust was taken in so much I couldn't close it and the waist wasn't taken in at all. She didn't even take the strap out! No apology whatsoever! So I chalked it up as a mistake, then rescheduled for May 10th (1 week before wedding). I came in to try my dress on...instead of letting out, she took in another inch! and slightly took in the hips and waist. No apology Again! Had to go back the monday before my wedding and completely start over. When all said and done I got my dress back - not fully happy but it was done. Called managers and even the owner to explain and perhaps get my alteration money back- only excuses were made "well she's an introvert", "It's busy with prom season" "She's been with us a long time"... only excuses...
If you value the way you look in your dress and don't want your blood pressure to rise, do not even think about going into this store... It is well worth the couple extra hundred on a dress at another store..

Provided by YP.comVery up happy with the phone etiquette I received today from a Sales Associate. I met the Wendys Bridal team at the Bridal Show at the Coliseum and booked an appointment. Then I found a few dresses I liked at a competitor in the $300-$600 price point and called Wendy's today and simply stated "I have an appointment next week, I'm deciding if I want to cancel it or not. Do you have dresses in the $300-$600 range? Because I found other dress elsewhere I liked in that range, and I'm trying to decide if I want to keep my appointment with you or not...." The Associate abruptly said "I have to place you on hold!" And 4 minutes I sat on hold...thinking about how this felt & sounded from the customers standpoint. Not good at all. Not good as a bride determining to give you her business or not... The Associate came back on the line 4 minutes later asking "What's your name?! And when's your appointment next week?!" I wasn't sure that mattered....I had asked if they have dresses in the $300-$600 price point.... I asked to speak to her manager. She had her manager call me back within 10 minutes. Manager "sorta" apologized, stating "I've worked here 9 years and this is the first complaint I've ever recieved" I stated, "Does this make it right?" Manager keep saying how busy they are, someone didn't show up, someone called in sick, she wasn't even supposed to work today...yadda yadda. None of that matters to the customer. The customer should feel valued, even if only by the Associates tone of voice. The Associate could have been polite, stating she was helping some brides, took my phone # and kindly asked to call me back today to discuss my question further. But she let the busy, stress get to her and come off rude and "too busy" for me. End result---I cancelled my appointment with Wendys, and am that much for "sure" of the decision I am making with their competitor. Had the Associate treated me differently, I would have came to my appointment in 3 days.

Provided by YPmobileI went there and tried on at least 10 dresses. I didn't like any if them. Then the girl that was helping ne suggested trying on bridesmaids dresses that they could order one in white. The very first one I tried on I knew was the one. Great service. I would recomend!!!

The experience we had today was amazing. They were to helpful, attentive, and friendly! Other stores, no one cared as much or spent as much individualized time with us. I live in Indy and would come back for my own wedding when the time comes.

So friendly and helpful! I had a blast looking for the wedding dress as well as the bridesmaids dresses. This is why I love getting dresses here.

Wendy's Bridal was great. The word they were looking for was "Love". They made sure you loved the dress before you bought it. Absolutely no pressure to buy.

I cannot begin to express how wonderful the customer service experience was with Brett. She was so nice, helpful, and upbeat. I am honored that she helped me find my WEDDING DRESS! She really paid attention to the details that I wanted and gave me her honest opinion about everything. I look forward to using Wendy's Bridal for any and all formal events. Because of her I will be recommending this bridal shop to ALL of my friends for their weddings.
