On 8-17-12 I went to Optimus Urgentcare for my school physical and waited from 11:10-12:40. I didn't have an appointment so that was understandable I got my money back and was going to go back today. At 11:57 am on 8-21-12 I called and asked for an estimate of the wait time at that moment. The receptionist acted very put upon and sighed saying with a definite attitude " I can't tell you what the wait time will be when you get here." I said" yes I know I mean right now." then she mumbled "I can't hear you" and hung up on me. I called back and another receptionist answered and told me there was one person waiting. I have never complained about someone before this but I asked a simple question with a simple answer and her behavior was unacceptable. There was no other way for me to make a complaint so I made this account for that specific purpose.
