I was in the market for a new Rolex Submariner and ended up working with Steve at Drenon after visiting a local competitor. I called him up to check if they had the model I wanted in stock, and I could tell right away he was the one who was going to get my business. It was getting close to their closing time, but Steve offered to stay late and meet with me. This was absolutely above and beyond what he had to do.

Steve is very personable, friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process stress-free. And he listens! He takes time to get to know you. You can tell he is passionate about Rolex as a brand, and he took time to share a lot of really cool history and knowledge. Most stores would be hurrying you to the register or out the door at 2 hours past close. Not Steve. Buying a Rolex should be an experience, and it was.

I really appreciated that Steve cared so much about integrity and transparency. If he made a claim about a product or shared a story, he'll prove it to you and show you the picture on his phone to back it up. There was never one bit of pressure, just an honest attempt to educate and build a relationship.

I know I will love my Submariner for years to come, but when I decide to add to my collection, there's no need to shop around. I'll be calling Steve first. Well done guys.

Such great customer service, I would highly recommend this wonderful and family owned business to anyone!

The customer service was awesome. They tried every option to let me finance my purchase, and when that all fell thru (poor credit rating - I was expecting this but they wanted to try anyway and give me all the options possible) they let me put it on layaway where I'm currently making payments. The woman that worked with me was wonderful about not pressuring me, letting me take my time in deciding, and showing me stuff that was right in my budget, even recommending stuff that looked more expensive than it was. I've been to a lot of places before, but this place has won my business for life! Thanks Drenon!
