Great process of the surgery no more pain lower back as I encountered over the years recovery is going well
Very informative and helpful
Dr. is fine, but staff seems to have problems arranging for timely insurance approvals for doctor's recommended treatment. Knee surgery for instance. Also this last visit they had to "work me in" because even though I had been given an appointment card for the date/time, they had failed to input in their own schedule.
Dr. Grimsley’s is very personable, he makes you feel like he has known you for years. He don’t sugar coat your condition. His staff is the best.
He is very professional puts you at ease and his expertise with surgery was a blessing!
We relocated to this area at the end of July. I broke my right wrist bone on Christmas Eve. Since I didn’t know any surgeons here I just started calling practices. OrthoEdge was the 3rd called and the gave me an appointment the next day, Scheduled my surgery for next morning. Dr Grimsley is very professional and best Ortho Dr ever. I am very blessed to have found him.
He always takes time to explain things to me so that I understand it. He's very kind and understanding
He listened and informed his staff as to what should be done. They followed through. It was a satisfying visit.
The visit with the provider was good. But I waited over an hour to see the dr. And 1 1/2 hours by arriving early as they suggested.
