Very unsatisfied long term, OHP patient.

Dr Reynolds seems to be very pleasant enough & caring in his conduct with what he does, even the former female Dentist who's name eludes me right now was very nice, yet would only do the same in very little work performed. Through a matter of deductive investigation though, the problem seems to exist stemming from the main offices in Redmond, Or as for these continued practises. Yet it doesn't explain why some of the receptionists are somewhat cold & distant (non professional, concerning patient needs/care), outside the possibility they've realized there is nothing they can do in their position within the company as receptionists. The wait times are so far extended out that the original problems degrade and is allowed (seems intentional) to exacerbate into something far, far worse to charge more for. It goes beyond unreasonable / unacceptable patient care to bad / neglected care. They claim that they are ONLY allowed to work on 1 if lucky maybe 2 teeth at a time per the State, NO MORE. This statement though does not hold any truth or validity. Because the states said something to the contrary after my telephoned conversations with them regarding this continued issue. No matter how much dental work NEEDS to be done in contradiction to the relevance of stopping other health issues from being created by this practice of perceived neglect, it does NOT change! I truly believe & is my formed opinion, they intentionally drag out unnecessary/excessive billings to the state OHP tax supported system to charge excessively for more visits, less work resulting in a longer duration of care needed to a sense of near fraud! This is based on their limited work conducted in comparison to needs for good health overall. Substantiated only by other dentists used for 2nd & 3rd opinions on my dental needs to set my claim as truthful, not slanderous or defaming. The lacking in necessary care is what led me to seek other professional Dental opinions in the first place. These regular bad practiced actions seem only directed to the poor & or near indigent on O.H.P. (Oregon Health Plan). This in comparison to conversations I've had with several other patients, who have paid with private insurances or out of pocket to receive the expected good care one would like to be given & should expect.

De-humanizing

The receptionists are unwelcoming and passively rude, and the SIX MONTH WAIT is inconveniently outrageous. One star suits them well.

I made an appointment for my five yr. old in january she is in desperate need of a filling. They made the appointment for 6 mo. out. Her tooth is in such bad shape now she is in pain and I'm afraid they will have to pull it. It is now almost June. I don't know if this place does good work or not, but treating a small child this way is unacceptable.

Rude Receptionists, Extremely Long Wait Times, These People Do Not Care

I am a foster parent who has a child that needs dental care and is covered by Advantage Dental Care. This is an OHP program. The wait time to get one cavity filled (he has three cavities and can only get one filled at a time) is 5 months. The receptionists have an attitude when you mention that is excessively long. They look at each other and then look at me like I am a worthless piece of you know what. We have Dr. Reynolds. I have asked for a new dentist but can not get one. This is very dehumanizing.
