Lakeview Health is a private drug and alcohol rehab center in Jacksonville, Florida, founded in 2001. We treat the whole patient—body, mind and spirit—using a multidisciplinary medical model that combines physiological, psychological and psychosocial care. Dual Diagnosis “ Every aspect of Lakeview's signature program is structured to incorporate dual diagnosis patients. ” Many patients struggling with addiction also have connected mental health disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety or personality disorders. Lakeview Health is one of the few facilities in the country with this capability and we have structured our treatment so that every aspect of our Signature Program may be enhanced to meet these dual diagnosis needs.
