I wish I could give them 0 stars. What a joke. DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAM ARTISTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE. Find someone local, these guys are in TN, so unless you're in TN, you'll never see them.

My "lawyer" only answers his phone at 8am my time 9am his. Most of the time, he'll avoid your calls sending you straight to voicemail and never calls back. If you don't call in that hour, forget it, you will not get ahold of him.

So far, he has done NOTHING for my case. I just got my second denial letter a few days ago. Good thing I hired that lawyer....

I called to ask a simple question and was floored by the amount of rudeness coming from the woman on the phone (her name was Jill). I don't care whether you're a good lawyer or not if the people you have answering the phones can't answer a question without biting my head off. I wouldn't want to talk to them more than once.

Management needs to wake up and stop letting Jill interact with the public.

Ogle Elrod and Baril were so great in helping me get my Social Security checks started! They were always available to answer my questions and took care of me the whole time! Thank you all so much!!!!

I was very happy using this law firm when I was in my accident. They were very nice to me and my family and kept us informed through our case. We were always able to talk to a live person and not a bunch of machines. When the attorney settled our case they explained everything to us and were very fair.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM! They agree to take your case and then never do anything for you. I was represented by them for almost a year and they refused to talk to me, return my calls, update me on my case and simply do anything period. I ended up firing my attorney due to ZERO communication. Everyone is a liar there and will tell you anything just to give an excuse. Be warned. Dont make the same mistake i made. STAY AWAY FROM OGLE, ELROD & BARIL.
