I am so upset with this doctors office! They lost all records of giving my babies their shots. That is so unprofessional and the lady at the front desk called me a liar. I asked for all of my babies doctor records and then she said that they cost $1 per page!? Not to mention, every time I go in there there are kids running crazy and throwing things. I will never recommend that place to ANYONE!

I really like this doctor and his staff. They are really nice and I personally would highly recommend this doctor to anyone.

I really like this doctor and the office staff! I have called when they open to get my daughter a sick appointment several times and have always gotten in within an hour! I would recommend them to anyone!

well in noticed the old review and i just wanted to write a newer one. i really like this doctor's office and have never had any trouble getting either one of my children seen and the staff has always been nice

I would highly advise anyone looking for a pediatrician to not choose Dr. Martin Okonkwo's office. The Dr. is ok but the office staff are horrible it is IMPOSSIBLE to have your child seen in an emergency during the hours inwhich the office is open. I have attempted to have my son seen 3 times, one of those times he had a 104 degree fever and was told all 3 times, that it had been a crazy day for them today and that if I wanted my son seen I should take him somewhere else. I have called in to ask the charge nurse medical questions about my son and have not gotten a call back until the next day. I just thought I would warn some people who are out there looking for a good pediatrician. I certainly would have appreciated it a couple of months ago.
