I brought my 2007 Chevy Equinox to City Collision because the insurance company I have recommended it. The repair was only suppose to take 9 days, but it took nearly a month and a half (Im "supposedly" getting it today). When my truck first arrived it sat there for 3 days, because no one working there knew why it was there. They then went through my truck to find a number to call and ask me why it was there. After they confirmed the repairs it took an additional 4 days to order the parts. I dont mind this, I know it takes time to send things across the country. This happened 4 more times, and every time it was either they needed more parts or they got the wrong one. The truck for some reason needed to be painted even though every part that should need paint was already being replaced by something brand new. A month a half later and nothing has happened. I just got the car company to see if it was ready, which they guaranteed it would be, they told me it was going to be another day!

I had wrecjed my 03 Chevy Trailblazer. I called my Insurance Company and the first company the recommended was City Collision. They took over my claim with no headaches. They were honost and up front. The staff are all friendly and professional. The work they did was EXELLENT. They did not over look any details even the after market bug reflector was taken care of. I will always take my work to Derek and his staff and recommend you do to.
