You buy power surge protection and seco makes excuses why they can't pay... Number one no one came into home to install, they mailed or left at door... Two.. Doesn't require everything In home to have a surge protects on it. Itsninstalledmoutside home and what. I get a power surge knocking out my computer and microwave... Seco does not live up to their honor,,, if u require certain protectors then you should have your employee to intstall... But that's their way of not having to insure your stuff but they will take your money every month

i think secco energy should havesomeone overseeing how they treat customers, they are billing people on energy use by former tenants. instead of reading meters, and getting away with it.estimates at this time is just plain evil. none working and they are not giving people their true bills, but submitting estimates. this has got tobe looked into right away
