I don't have kids, and I don't work here. However, I attended a school that was based out of this office on Saturdays. As someone in the dental field, I have to tell you that my children will never get treatment here. The floors are dirty, the operatory rooms are dirty, there is months worth of build up in the suction traps (which is what catches all the blood, water, debris, etc. that they suction out of your mouth. It's supposed to be cleaned once a week.) The only time that anything got mopped or cleaned was when my class would clean before we left - and that did NOT include any instruments, handpeices, or the suction traps because we did not use them. I wouldn't let them put those instruments in my own mouth, let alone a CHILD. I pray that you really think about the cleanliness of a place and take your kids somewhere else. The employees of this place are EXTREMELY rude. I've gone into the office on days that I didn't have school to ask about something I left behind. All I got was rude comments and witnessed parents getting attitude from the assistants as well. The office manager is a joke. One of our instructors worked there during the week, and they fired her because they found out she was teaching on saturdays - it never interfered with anything to do with her job and she was never scheduled to work there on saturdays. Completely unprofessional, filthy, and not worth your time. I'm surprised OSHA and the health department haven't shut this place down yet.

I took my child to this dentist because at the time it was more affordable for a check up...I was told that she had a few cavities and needed to go back to get them filled...I was not comfortable with her being in the back getting work done without a parent so i took her to another dentist....come to find out she has no cavities and her teeth are in good shape. So as a concerned parent I asked myself...what would they have done to her teeth then???

I went to Kids Dental with my children. I allowed to go back with my child . My children had a good experience and we will be back.

This place will not allow you to go in with your child. They billed my insurance for things I know they did not do. I have a special needs child there is no way he would allow them to clean his teeth yet they billed me for a full cleaning and x-rays . The visit before that when he was on medicaid they sent him to Big Springs to be put under for his cleaning. Well the dentist pulled baby teeth that did not need to be pulled and now his teeth have moved out of place. I have another child and they put crowns on him when a filling would have been fine. It seems they like to bill medicaid for things not needed. I found another dentist in Odessa that allows you back and is great with my kids.

I have taken my kids here twice, they hate going to the dentist and I was upset here at first because they dont let you sit back there while they are getting work done, but my kids did really great and were so excited about going back.. this is a great place..
