KEEP LOOKING! Dentist Figueroa is not for you.

I visited this man and was in pain, confused, and desperately seeking clarity about what my options were in regards to managing a bad tooth. Minutes into my conversation Figueroa got up and left - while I was talking to him! I was not being unreasonable and yet what I got in return was a completely unprofessional response from this man. Total trust blown, I had no option but to walk out.

Everyone can get frustrated. It’s how you deal with frustration that makes a person responsible or not. If Figueroa’s response to frustration during a conversation is to abandon a patient, who’s to say what he does when your eyes are closed, he’s in your month and he gets frustrated. Don’t take a risk and be impacted by his having a bad day.

I relocated to the area and did significant research to find a new dentist. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am to find out Figueroa is NOT really what the reviews make him out to be.

I've been taking my son there for almost a year & I really like it. The staff is so friendly.
