This company doesn't have a drop of professionalism! They don't return phone calls, or respond in a productive way to e-mails. I have never had to do this, but I'm reporting them to the insurance commission. This claim has been open of 90 days! I will never do business with them again!

I have never worked with a worse insurance company as I have with this one. They NEVER return my phone calls, even the adjuster's supervisor, it's unbelievable!!! I don't know how this company stays in business!!! it took me 10 min to talk to someone to find out the status regarding my claim, granted this claim has been open since 03/31/12 which gives you some kind of clue right there how great they do business. Then when I finally get an answer on it they are said I am at 50%fault and my vehicle was not even in gear!!! OMG Do you guys have your head up your asses or what?????
